Phillip Morris (PMI) have implemented the Metricus Framework onsite to provide all operational reporting for ServiceNow.
ServiceNow data is in incrementally extracted on regular basis and stored in the optimised data structures within the Metricus Datamart. This removes all the performance related issues associated with the ServiceNow ODBC drivers and provides PMI with true Enterprise BI functionality. Reporting teams in all various geographic regions use SQL Server Reporting services to create dashboards, reports and subscriptions for their end users. To complement this, PowerView analytics and Excel are used to provide the interactive analytics required by analysts.
