The ITIL Change Management Module includes approximately 25 KPIs that are relevant for measuring, managing and improving the performance of your ITIL Change Management Process.
Select KPIs that are relevant to you, or even add your own Change Management KPIs. For every KPI detailed attributes are available that help you in your selection process and assist you in the adoption and implementation of KPIs within your organization.

This is an example of the Metricus Change Management Dashboard Template. The template includes a point-in-time scorecard with information about the current performance of your change management process against predefined targets. Trending information is available for every KPI, indicating the behavior of the KPI over time. Lastly the template includes a dynamic report for every KPI as well. The report allows you to drill down or up into the details, change the graph type, export to PowerPoint, etc.
Metricus provides various options for setting up communication and collaboration mechanisms.
Use these features to assign project teams that work on improving KPIs, define alerts and manage issue tracking and communication channels.

Metricus - Metric Management

You can change the settings for every KPI within a Module. Metricus provides default features and calculation steps for every KPI, but as each organization is different you will probably want to customize these according to your own needs. The Metric Maintenance section provides you with all the means to do this effectively.
KPIs are useful if they are populated with timely and quality data. Metricus provides the means and support you require to populate KPIs with data from your systems and tools.
For every KPI in Metricus information is available about the data that is required for populating the KPI. After submitting the data to us, we commit to checking your data file and we will work with you to ensure quality, correct, and timely data is transformed to Metricus.
| FTP Transfer | The Metricus Change Management Module provides you with templates for the provision of data. Publish data from the Change Module in your Service Management Tool into Metricus Templates and simply upload this via FTP to Metricus. Metricus populates the identified KPIs with this data and provides you with effective decision making information. |
