User types/User Management

Metricus is a fully customizable product that allows for configuration to meet specific needs. One of the configurable features is the number of users as well as the access rights they possess.

By default we will configure two types of users in Metricus – Administrator and Contributor.  However, it is entirely up to the customers themselves to decide how many administrators or contributors they will assign and who will have which role and what types of responsibilities

The administrator has the following task rights: The contributor has a limited number of tasks.
They include:
  • User maintenance
  • Creating and maintaining pages and dashboards
  • Managing portal security
  • Metric maintenance
  • Data processing
  • Collaboration editing
