Training for Those Who Use Metricus on a Daily Basis

The Metricus User Workshop is a 1-day virtual training course designed for professionals who use Metricus on a daily basis. At the end of this training course, users will know Metricus inside out and are able to produce efficient IT Performance Management information for executives and managers.

Audience

This workshop is recommended for those involved in the day-to-day operations of Metricus. This includes program management professionals, CIO office staff, service reporting staff, and so on.

Learning Outcomes Course Modules

At the end of the Metricus Enablement Workshop, participants:

  • Understand the principles of successful IT Performance Management.
  • Know how to navigate through scorecard, dashboard pages, as well as reports Understand all functionalities and capabilities of the Metricus Portal for end-users
  • Are able to create alerts, manage projects and change metric settings
  • Can assign scorecards and dashboards to various users in the Workspace.
  • Are able to analyze information and publish reports.
